Object POV

Often mistaken as a fourth wall-breaking technique. In this niche, the character looks into the camera as if the lens is the thing they were looking for. In this case, the lens can be a mirror they are peering at, or a back they are peering into. While characters are looking at camera, in their world, it isn't a camera but something in their world we just happen to share a perspective of.
