A high angle shot is a camera shot taken from an elevated position, looking down on the subject or scene to convey a sense of vulnerability or weakness. Unlike the Overhead shot or Birds-Eye, the High-Angle points down at an angle, akin to feeling like you’re really tall and everyone has to look up at you. (Not something I’ve ever felt).
